REFUND & SHIPPING POLICIES

Blake and I will gladly refund your purchase, in the same way you chose to purchase it, as long as the request (which includes the item being returned) is received by us within 30 days of when you, our valued and trusted customer, received the order. Please make sure to get it to us within 30 days. We feel that’s fair. The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, not used (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition you received it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request is received after the 30 days or if the merchandise is not in its original condition.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Aquassio, LLC. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or made on this site is void where prohibited. 

As for shipping.... There will be a $5 flat charge (no charge if our Home Page shows Free Shipping on the day of purchase) to send via USPS with an expected delivery time of 4 -5 days, pending no backups from holidays and/or special events. Basically, it’s out of my control once the USPS has it. You can choose to have your order sent 2-day delivery via FedEx - from the date it was shipped (does not include weekend delivery) for $9.99. No shipments will be made outside of the United States or to P.O. Boxes at this time.
